New crafters are always needed! The space is $55 for 10x10, must have a tent, and make your own craft/art. All new crafters must send 3 photos and 1 photo of your display to be juried. New crafters can also stop by with their work to be juried. Shows are in the spring and fall each year. This busy craft show is in a perfect location with access to a crowded highway and local, loyal customers.
Jurying: The jury process is ongoing and will take into account space availability and category saturation. Crafts are limited by category to achieve the optimal crafts mix.
To review your work we will need:
One photo of your product
One photo of your display
Booths: 10X10. You must have a tent. Space under tables visible to the public should be covered to the ground. Displays should be neat, professional and safe to the public. Your space may be on grass. New Rule: It is very windy: You must tie or weigh down your tent, or you will be asked to leave the show. Tents blow away like Mary Poppins and will hurt customers or cars. You will be parking your car behind your booth, (or close to it) so you can pack and unpack quickly.
Booth Sitters: Booth sitters will be working before and after the show. They can help pack and un-pack your item, booth sit for bathroom breaks, and bring you lunch/drinks. They will be working the day for tips.
Postcards: Postcards will be available for you to distribute to your friends, family, and customers. Please let us know how many you will need.
Booth Sharing: There is no booth sharing.
Set-up & Break-down: Set up begins Saturday morning at 7:30am and break-down can begin at 4pm. You must stay all day or you are not invited back.
Registration: $55 each 10X10 space. Registration Ends April 26, after which a $10 late fee will apply.
